Creating a home for a growing family requires balancing competing priorities: spaces must be beautiful enough to inspire pride yet durable enough to withstand daily life. This Park Hill new construction project gave us the opportunity to shape a home from the ground up, designing for both luxury and the comfortable chaos of family living.
From Plans to Reality
We joined the project during the planning phase, developing construction documents that ensured our design vision could be executed precisely. This early involvement allowed us to optimize room layouts, plan for adequate storage, and ensure structural elements supported our interior goals.
The kitchen anchors the home as the natural gathering place. We designed it for serious cooking while maintaining open sight-lines to adjacent living areas, parents can prepare meals while staying connected to family activities. Custom cabinetry maximizes storage, and durable yet stylish countertops withstand everything from homework sessions to holiday baking.
Both bathrooms balance spa-like luxury with practical functionality. The primary bath offers parents a private retreat, while the secondary bathrooms serve children with finishes that are both appealing and easy to maintain.
