Phase 3: Procurement & Construction (3-6 months)
Ordering all materials and custom pieces, coordinating with contractors, managing construction timeline, regular site visits for quality control, solving problems as they arise.
Phase 4: Installation & Styling (1-2 weeks)
Final furniture delivery, window treatments installation, art hanging, accessory placement, styling. The moment your project transforms from construction site to finished home.

Full-Service Design: Fixed fee proposal based on project scope, typically $30,000-$100,000+. Payment in quarters throughout project phases.
