Brass Tacks

A spec home lives or dies by its details, and most spec homes get the details wrong; too safe, too generic, too easy to forget. This Denver new construction went the other direction: a floating vanity with a stone vessel sink, a wall-mounted brass faucet, ceiling architecture that earns its keep. The result is a home that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person, which is the only order that matters.
