Sometimes the scope is defined, a kitchen that needs a real designer, a primary suite that's been on the list for years, a new construction finish package that needs someone making cohesive decisions instead of choosing from a builder's limited options.
Partial services cover a defined scope: the rooms or phases you need professional help with, without a whole-home engagement. The rigor of my design process doesn't change. What changes is the scale of the commitment.
This is also the right fit for homeowners who are confident managing contractor relationships and procurement themselves but want a designer's eye and expertise driving the design decisions. You bring the project management. I bring the design.

layout, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliance placement, lighting, hardware. Whether the kitchen involves structural changes or a surface-level redesign, this is typically the highest-value room to get right. -
Bathroom Design
primary suite bathrooms, guest baths, powder rooms. Layout, tile, fixtures, vanity, lighting, all specified for the life being lived in them. -
Material and finish selections
For homeowners building new construction or renovating who need a designer specifying every finish so the home reads as cohesive rather than assembled. This is where builder-grade gets left behind.

What's included: Varies by scope. Every partial services engagement includes a detailed scope agreement at the outset so you know exactly what you're getting. Typically includes: space plans or layout drawings, material and finish specifications, sourcing recommendations, and design direction for execution.
Right for: Single-room renovations, kitchen and bathroom projects, new construction finish selections, defined-scope renovations where you'll manage the rest independently.
Not right for: Projects involving structural changes throughout the whole home, or homeowners who want full project management; those work better as residential design engagements.
